960 wont fire on # 4 ?????
my 92 960 wont run on #4 have switched coils around .....also has voltage to all coils???? it is non turbo stright 6
So after switching the coils, #4 is still misfiring? Next swap the power stages, they're located fore and aft of the intake manifold under the throttle plate. If one is bad then the mis fire should move to another cylinder. If still remains at #4, do a compression test. If compression checks out, it could be a bad intake gasket or fuel injector.
Did you verify that the spark plug is not sparking?

As DanR is suggesting check that the plug is sparking first. Easier than swapping power stages and doing compression tests.
