A-1
223 Throttle position (TPS) sensor signal too low

A-6
154 EGR system flow too high in system
214 Engine speed (RPM) sensor signal missing sporadically
411 Throttle position sensor (TPS) signal from fuel injection system missing or faulty

Your car gets its speed signal (at least partially) from the throttle position sensor so I would say this is your culprit. If you fix this issue most likely your other codes will not come back after they are reset. I would think it would also have an effect on your EGR flow. Of course, while you're near the EGR valve dealing with the throttle position sensor, you could go ahead and clean the valve and related hoses. Here is a thread dealing with the TPS (throttle position sensor): https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums ... =1&t=10607

That links to a repair of the relay and I did not see an image or instructions for jumping the relay connections. Was this a different thread by chance?

Thanks,
