S 40 2003 Brakes

When I first start up the car in the morning the power brakes don't seem to want to work. They feel more like manual brakes. Any help would be grateful, thank you.

Welcome to MVS.
Did you recently get new brake pads?
If you did and had ceramic pads installed, they don't really grip well until they are warm. Just push on the brake some as you're leaving your driveway, etc. and they should be fine.
