Front end rattle and squeek

I have a 2001 volvo that has a squeek in the front strut area and a loud rattle when driving on less than smooth road surfaces. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to MVS.
What you're describing sounds like a worn sway bar end link on that side. It could also be your spring seat (what the strut lodges in). Get those parts checked. Depending, it may not cost you much at all.
