Replacing the Oil Pan (Slump) on 94 850 Turbo 2.3

Can someone please provide me with a detailed explanation of how to replace the oil pan and what parts I'll need, please? Is this a fairly simple replacement or will I need to have my mechanic do this?

It can be done by a mere mortal.
