Motor mounts 1990 740 turbo

Is there an easy way to replace motor mount on Volvo 1990 740 turbo?

From under the cross member below the motor mount you will see a plate held to the cross member with a torx screw,remove it. When you remove the nuts that hold the mounts to the cross member, the studs will now drop down. Jack motor up until weight is off cross member, unbolt from block and remove. Passenger side only has two studs,the other is a bolt coming up from bottom. I always remove the whole mount, with top and bottom brackets, on drivers side.
