side and fog lights not working

hi folks new member, can anyone help? i have problem with my side and fog lights not working. the headlights work normaly and if i put a link over from the headlights to the side lights then everything works ok, obviosly this is not ideal. I have replaced the switch and cem to no avail, someone has suggested to me to check the wiring loom under the radiator have not tried this yet. Has anyone had a similar problem? There is no light on at the switch either can anyone point me in the right direction as this is very frustrating to track down.

Check fuses 11A/19 and 11A/24.

Do the taillights work?
