850 GLT, CD changer as aux input

I've been working on a carPC project for my '93 850 GLT, and one of the problems that I've run into is getting the audio signal to the radio.

I've tried various stereo-to-tape adapters, but a huge problem with those is that in the winter here (Canada), it gets cold enough to a point where the deck continuously flips the tape over and over again, rendering the tape adapter useless for listening to anything. I've considered a FM transmitter, but would much prefer a wired solution at the moment.

Now I've heard something that you can buy that will plug into the CD changer port in the back of the radio unit and use a stereo input, does anyone know where I can find one of those? Similar solutions would work as well, I just don't want to buy an aftermarket deck.

Just to clarify, the cd player/radio is a SC815 from my old man's '97 850 wagon
