2002 S60 code 740 TCC circut error

When driving car for 15 miles,transmission works great,lockup holds,comes on and cancels on time.When slow down to exit off highway,feel bump,"D" light on dash goes almost blank,just one little corner left, check engine light comes on and goes into failsafe mode.Is it a electrical problem,torque converter problem or a valvebody problem?

have a look at codes or pending codes with a scanner as to general area of fault,and try to narrow it down ,hope this helps
