Yes, I have twice now checked all fuses, even changed out 2 just for the heck of it. I think #24 and #26 or there around. May have to bite the expense and have a dealer handle it. Though I'm starting to think these on board computers are proving to be too much even for Dealers. My original problem of the CEL not going out is proof of that, which all started with failing an inspection sticker because of the CEL light being on. Codes pulled, 3 or 4 different codes came up, one gas cap, another small vap leak, and the dreaded CAT. Had the codes reset, bought new gas cap, 40 or so miles later, light back on. Took it to volvo mechanic, he changed a hose, reset light, 40 or so miles light came back on. Took it to Volvo dealer $89.50 just to look at it, came back with the CAT needed to be replaced at $1,600. I could not afford that especially when they could not say for certain that it would keep the CEL from coming back on, so I took the car back. They reset the light, I then dumped some engine cleaner in and filled it with gas, drove it all over, putting over 100 miles on. No more CEL... Took car in and it passed the inspection... $5 for the engine fluid, and $20 for gas. Why the light is still out...? So I hate to have the dealer say it is something more then just a simple software down load. And I have to pay $89.50 for them to just to look at it.

my luck, not just the lights, the whole panel is out. the fan does not work, the heated seats do not work, the defrost both front and back, the A/C or air circulation button. Oh even the back seat head rest out. Though oddly the 12V plug seems to have power to it. All these controls though all on the same panel do not all have the same fuse so I pulled them all just to see if anything could have caused a chain reaction.
