Emisions display error

just had emmisions problem sorted with putting plate in to reroute black smoke, but now a diaply error keep coming on saying 'emmissions high service required' Is is just because someone tinkered in that area and needs error wiping from CPU?.

How and to where have you rerouted the black smoke? If you have partially blocked the system the computer will be reading false information, hence the message.

It will have to be wiped from the ECU but if you still have the black smoke rerouted it will, in all probability, return.
