Fan motor runs but air flow from vents is minimal

Fan motor runs but air flow from vents is minimal

2002 S60 (no turbo). Fan motor runs, but there is minimal air flow from the vents. This occurs in both the automatic and manual modes when running the a/c. The air that does flow from the vents is cold, but the flow output is minimal. Any suggestions regarding the cause?
