Timing belt change on S40...HELP!

Bought all the parts to do a full timing belt/ water pump change on my 2001 S40. I remember seeing an online tutorial (if someone can help me find it).
*How do I secure the pulleys so that they don't move? I have seen small clamps that secure them.
*Can I remove any of the parts on the wheel well in order to make more room?
*Do I need to use gasket cement/ spray on the water pump gasket?

also trying to change my water pump out. would like a diagram if any body has a link to one would be a big help.
