S80 T6 1999 Sunroof Alignment Issue

I had to replace my entire sunroof because the glass broke and messed up the old sunroof's tracks pretty bad. The new unit is in without the glass but the tracks aren't quite aligned. They are off by maybe 1/2". Anyone know how to align the tracks? Is it even possible? I went through the Calibration process but that didn't do anything. All advice is appreciated.
