Okay, here's the issue...the car was running hot, thought it was a bad thermostat or temp sensor...replaced those. when i unscrew the coolant overflow tank, i saw coolant come back up to the max line. Eventually they checked the coolant level again and found that it was empty so they put more in...car ran fine for 2 1/2 months.
Just recently i had the same problem and of course, the coolant was gone. I noticed that there was a slow leak when the car turned off.. right in front by the hose that connects from the coolant tube to the radiator. i figure its a slow leak cause there isnt a spray pattern where it leaks which means its not leaking under pressure (i may be wrong). The way the hose is hooked up makes it damn near impossible to remove as the hose goes inside a metal casing which seems to be crimped (no clamp).
I figure a 5 dollar gallon of antifreeze every 2 months is something i can live with.

Strange, because the parts listings show all of the hoses are clamped.as the hose goes inside a metal casing which seems to be crimped (no clamp).
At present you are only losing a small amount of coolant but,, as with any leak, it will only get worse and should be sorted as soon as possible. I am a firm believer that any liquid which should be inside the engine must stay there. If it starts coming outside then I want it stopped.

Perhaps a photo would help.
If you are talking about one of the hoses that is crimped on with an otiker clamp then you can remove the otiker and replace it with an adjustable clamp.
The leak will not subside. Think of it as a smll hole in a water dam. All of the coolant will be under pressure equally and the 22psi in your system will soon worsen this condition.
I also reccomend you fix it right away. The white block motor is not very happy once overheated. It will give up the head gasket or block quickly once overheated.
