I don't have any running lights...

I have a 2006 Volvo S60 2.5T.....The other day I got the Bulb Failure Message flashing on and off on dash. The Bulb Failure indicator light keeps flashing (2-3 minute) on an off on the dash. HAve searched all bulbs and fuses and have found nothing wrong...now however I have NO driving lights....my blinkers, brake lights and emergency flashers all work just fine, just no driving lights at all... all the bulbs look fine, nothing looks wrong with the fuses.... so if anyone has ANY idea of what could be wrong or what I can do please let me know.. thanks....

It could be a bad connection/connector or a broken wire other than bulbs themselves gone bad. Why dont you go to a dealer let them check it out since 06's cars should be still under their warranty?
