Start by removing the 4 screws on top market with the white arrows, then pull the top off, if you need some leverage pry against the black arrow.

Then remove the next 4 screws marked with the arrows to release the cd mehanism. A magnetic head screwdriver is GREAT in this step.

You will have about 6 inches of play from the cable that connects to the CD player. Below is the best picture I could get of the roller, though it will become easily apparent when you do it what you are looking at.

Get some rubbing alcohol and som q-tips, I just poured a bit in the cap from the bottle. The cog that has the arrow to it is the easiest one to turn because it will also turn the roller, and you will also push down on it to lower the roller track to get the q-tip in. push it down, insert the qtip and go back an forth, pull the q-tip out and turn the cog a little bit. repeat, repeat, repeat, etc....

I went around about three times and here is what the q-tips looked like after, both sides were this dirty.

Success!!! the CD now ejects quickly and perfectly each time, good luck.
