The trip computer in my 1998 S70 is stuck on the temperature

Post by cogitoergozoom »

I've tried resetting it and I tried replacing the switch but the trip computer is stuck in the temperature mode. What do I do?

Honestly, mine is ALWAYS on temperature.
The trip computer really isn't that accurate or useful for me.

It's also possible that your car didn't come from the factory
with the trip computer enabled instrument cluster and a previous
owner just installed the switch to see if it would work.

Try with disconnecting a battery for a few minutes and then reconnect.
