I was driving my 95 850 one day, and I noticed a scraping sound coming from under the engine. I stopped my car, looked under the hood, and part of a large plastic piece was hanging down. Upon further inspection, it looked like it had been ripped off, so I whipped out some duct tape, which temporarily fixed the problem.
A couple days ago, I was driving down the road again, and the tape came undone, so the part was again dragging. However, before I could pull into a gas station to fix it again, a dead cat laying in the road decided to have its way with the piece and completely ripped it off. I figured duct tape would not fix the problem, since it was completely ripped off.
Here's the part that got ripped off:

Here's where it connected to the frame:

And here's where it went under the engine and what it was protecting (circled in red):

My question is this: what is this part called, and does anyone know where I can find a reasonabally priced replacement? I have already tried my local junkyards. The one that actually had a 93-97 850, however, took the wheels and tires off of their cars before storing them in the junkyard, which crushed the part I am looking for. If anyone has any information about where I could get one, please let me know!
A few more minor problems, also: When I was cleaning my car about a month ago, a piece of trim came off:

which broke the clips in the process. Anyone know where I can get clips to re-attach it, and possibly some instructions on how to do so?
Similarly, the trim around my rear passenger-side window is coming detached, anyone know a good way to fix it?
Window Piece
If anyone has an idea how to fix any of these three problems, please let me know!

Do you happen to know where I can get one of these? I've searched around on the internet, and I wasn't able to find any part sites that sold that particular part. Is there anything I can do short of going to my local dealer to get a replacement for this?

No clue, I would try the salvage yards and such. They do have a parts locater service, which is quite large. That would be my best guess.
Good Luck

Is that part important mine broke some time back and I tried to rip it off but couldn't it would rub the ground when traveling down the highway. During the last snow I was hitting large clumps of ice while driving and it pushed it back up in place. I didn't care if it came off I didn't think it was important.

I'm not really sure how important the part actually is, but the location makes me believe it is almost neccesary. With it off, the bottom of the radiator is completely unprotected, so if you were to bottom out very severely, it's possibly that the radiator could be damaged. That's why I'm hoping that I can replace this part ASAP!
