Passenger window will not go up.

Window was worked intermittently. Would not work from drivers switch, but worked from window switch on door. Now it just stopped. Volvo v70 1999
I was going to remove switch cover on door, there is 1 screw. Can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Usually when this happens it's the master switch at the driver's door, even when the switch at the passenger door is not working... Good luck but I'll bet you anything you're barking up the wrong tree. You can take the switches out, clean them with contact cleaner (where the copper prongs hit the switch circuit) and sometimes get them to work again- oh, and I usually use a small emery board (like to do nails) to scrape them a bit to ensure better contact.
