The very day TASCA made it clear they had done nothing about my order - except take the money - I cancelled with them and asked Google again who could help me, and She sent me to:
https://www.volvopartscounter.com/ - Mitchell Volvo in Simsbury CT.
I placed the order on 12/13 at 3:05, the webpage acknowledged the order in nanoseconds; it was confirmed , I presume by human fingers at 3:23, and at 3:24 was changed from 'ordered' to 'in progress'.
It shipped on 12/15 at 2:59.
( From the label on the box it came from a Volvo distribution center in Kentucky [?] but was not drop shipped, they actually handled it in CT. This may take more research. )
The box was leaning up against my garage door on 12/17 at 9:28, and at a touch before 11 I backed the car out of the garage.

I ordered a couple of things from do88, the makers of my intercooler, on 12/15. They are located in Sweden. Tracking as follows:
Stockholm 12/16, Arlanda 12/16, Leipzig Germany 12/17, Cincinnati Ohio 12/18, Phoenix AZ 12/19, My home 12/20.

Not bad at all ! In fact I'd say incredible !

Just cancelled my order for cooling hoses and an expansion tank with Tasca, 7 parts and approx $300. Order placed on 6 Dec 2022. I gave them a month to ship or send an ETA. They are not high on my list for giving future business.
1997 855 GLT (Light Pressure Turbo) still going strong. Previous: 1986 240 GL rusted out in '06, 1985 Saab 900T rusted out in '95, 1975 Saab 99 rusted out in '95, 1973 Saab 99 rusted out in '94

I am increasingly impressed with Mitchell in CT. Very odd that they are not far from FCP, but manage to get the stuff to me twice as fast, and prices seem lower on some items - shipping charges and warranty policy are a separate issue.
