04 XC70

number 11 fuse(engine compartment-20amp) repeatedly went out when starting 2004 Volvo XC70. Relay coil?? Still trying to figure out. Humm?

So the headlights failing was an ancillary symptom, the coil circuit is what sends a signal for the DRL to light up.
