S70 Starts but won't accelerate and dies

Yes, that's the location/part. I did unplug it and there was little change, thus my thinking that maybe this is the problem. I will take the bypass hose off and clean. Does anyone know what test can be run on bypass device ? Thanks again for the help.

When this happens on my 2000 S70 SE Base (NA) it's the ignition switch. I think I may have removed and cleaned it once. Only happened once recently in the last 6 months or so.
