I don't believe that's the rotating part of the fan that's broken.
I'd use a " Super Glue " of some kind to glue that up. Then a little bit of JB Weld over the joint for extra piece of mind.

Thanks everyone for their feedback. I ended up using JB plastic weld on it. Hopefully it’ll hold up.

Having everything taken out of the front of the engine bay I’ve worked out how to get it out more easily if I need to end up replacing it.

And yeah, I was very careful not to add anything to the fan itself. I saw those weights you’re talking about.

JB Plastic weld is what I use on many plastic items and joining metal to plastic items like repairing the dashboard mounts in P80's. Good luck!

100 MVS points to Sveedy for pointing out my error in that those are not the rotating fins on the fan!
