Thanks for the help and suggestions. It seems the only good way to replace the cat is to cut & weld. I was hoping there was another option. Oh well. On a better note, it seems like I should rename this post to 'Rev up your engine'...

Yes, per video you are suppose to "Rev Up Your Engine" after filling the tank with Lacquer Thinner :lol:.
