After re-doing the short pipe from the oil trap to the center of the block face after <700km as the pipe split, never again!

It is unfortunate, I just can't get my head around why a company goes to so much effort to make parts we really need, but go out of their way to make them so cheap they are crap and sully their chances of being taken seriously.

They will have to go on a major charm offensive and assurances that they have fixed their quality and design issues. Maybe a 4 year part guarantee? That will either force themselves to make better quality parts, even at a slightly higher price point, or go under paying out on the warranty claims.

I think the US URO Help Desk may be making an honest effort. BUT, I doubt if they will get any change made to the parts quality at the corporate level.
I suspect global sales to unsuspecting buyers of low cost URO parts makes profitable one time sales and they don't care if they do not get repeat buyers.
Fortunately for MVS readers, we spread the word that their quality is poor.

After finding too many URO items installed by others failed through the years, Robert refuses to put those parts on customers cars. If that's all they have he packs his kit and leaves.
