How to ad bypass switch for cooling fan?

This just for the summer temperatures.Colorado winters it’s just fine.Someone suggested disconnecting the A/C higher pressure side and the fan maybe on sooner and longer.There should be a way to override fan when needed and not mess anything up. I will look at the wire diagram for the cooling fan system.
