You really want an OEM windshield. They last 5 times as long and have no ripples.

Yes windshields for 850's and P80 V/s 70's are getting harder to find even up here in the land of the broken windshield. My usual shop gave me the heads up last time I was in that the main supplier they used PPG had stop supplying them.

Check with Safelite. They ware able to get a
real Pilkington for me and the installation was
very well done. Even left a bottle of “Safelite”
water, a full can of their foaming glass cleaner
and cleaned every piece of glass in the car.
Most importantly, the OEM Pilkington glass
is a designed component of the Volvo SRS
system. Swedish Safety is a Good Thing.
