2002 V70 T5 Power Steering Pump Leak?

stuff was expensive, $17.50 and it was green. I've read that Valvoline makes a synthetic power steering fluid that is green and compatible with what volvo uses but I haven't confirmed this with any shops, I also, like you, prefer to stick with volvo fluids and parts.

Thanks for the info...mine is green too...just wanted to confirm. Wonder if I can order that stuff from eeuroparts.com Will have to check. I'd like to have some on hand if you know what I mean. I caught my leak early enough that I didn't really lose any significant amount (still in within specs for level) but would be good to top off as well.

Just found it on www.foreigncarparts.com and it's just under $20 for a liter...made by Pentosin: part #M2100-235424 P/S Fluid CHF 202 Pentosin/1 Ltr. Couldn't find it on eeuroparts.com
