Windshield wiper not working on "intermittent"

[SPT960]

I have a similar problem, which I’m about to attack.

The difference is that I have discovered that if I juggle the stalk and hold it in a certain position the intermittent wiper will work.

Hard to drive like this!

So I am going to dismantle the the stork first.

The relay is working as I can hear it click twice?!?!?

I will report my findings.
