Sneak peek of next project
This is a photo of the dash, and the silver pipe is a roll of brushed alum with a protective coat to resist scratches, and a sticky side.

I realize there is alot of work to do which is why unlike the seats this will not be a *ill install tomorrow*
I have to re seat the dash pads, scrub the trim, create a timplate, cut the vinyl and then apply. This will be an interesting *to say the least* mod.. and will no doubt be installed this weekend.

Sooo... I removed the centerconsole yesterday and tore the hell out of my fingers with those gold clips.

I will take photos when I take it out again probably tomorrow to put the aluminum on it.
that thing is a pita if youve never done it before.

In the process of creating a template for my brushed allum trim.

Took the car to a mechanic, got quoted 450$ for my timing belt and water pump.

and was told I needed a new lower control arm, well the bushings at least.

This car is turning into fun!!!
On the to do list.
*these are not in order of doing, just what I need to do*
1. pick up seat from friend to get skinned onto my drivers.
2. finish template for brush allum trim
2a. install trim.
3. Headliner redone
4. Shampoo carpet
5. reseat dash cover
6. tighten loose dash.
7. celebrate with a nice cold orange soda!
8... begin on exterior of car... HAHA!
Exterior
1. fix racked trunk.
2. driver door catch/stop.
3. completely clean every inch of exterior!
4. be happy with a totally cleaned way I want it car!
5. celebrate with another nice cold orange soda!

im positive there is more to do, but im just forgetting or not thinking of them right now.
