Ok another problem...big one this time...and stupid

[From experience]
First, if you have to drill, use a center punch first to make sure you center the drill spot. (Make sure and cover any openings where chips could cause damage)

Second, if you can get one, use a left hand drill bit as often times it will end up unthreading the broken bolt out without having to drill large enough to damage threads. (Use drill in reverse with this bit)

And lastly, if you use an "ez-out" I strongly recommend the new style that Sears sells. These things are awsome and have never failed me.

I have had some luck by using a dremal tool and cutting a slot in the top of the stud then just using a good quality screw driver.

I found some extractor products identical with EZ out but unfortunately i forgot to bring the piece with me so I couldn't decide which size do I need. I will come back tomorrow.

Things are looking bright at least theres a good chance this problem will be fixed tomorrow.
