Where do you guys get the TCV hose?
How about this one: http://www.ipdusa.com/Volvo-S60/Engine- ... -395-4235/
Replacing TCV hoses
You also need to remove the air inlet pipe from the turbo. With that out of the way, you have room for even the big arms(i know from personal exp). Also, a pair of bent nose needle nose pliers are your best friends on these engine bays. You want clearance problems, try replacing the bypass valve with the turbo on the car. Thank God for ratchet wrenches.

How to remove the fresh air hose from the airbox to turbo charger? It's easy to remove the side with MAF sensor, but I don't see a clamp on the other side?
My TCV hoses are so torn up that I could not see clearly the color codes - Where're the color-codes?. I am attaching the vacuum hose diagram if someone has the label off the hood.

My old hoses were not colored, but the dots on the turbo control valve are.
Holding my old one in my hand right now, Right port, 0 degrees goes to the air hose. Yellow (90 degrees) to the wastegate. And red (left) to the compressor side of the turbo.
The intake air hose detaches at the turbo itself. You have to remove the pipe by reaching straight down through the back of the engine and feeling the hose where it attaches to the turbo. There you will find the clamp and feel around for the screw. A bright light REALLY helps a lot - I held a flashlight in my teeth while crawling across the engine to reach it. You can get to the screw with a flathead screwdriver, the longer the better.
