it was the c02 sensor bank1 sensor 1!!!!

hi just an update,i have a volvo s70 t5 ex police,now been remapped to 280 bhp,induction filter cold air feed,full stain less cat by pass, turbo tweek by the actuator rod,big evo 9 intercooler running at 15 psi.has any one put a mbc on the 1999 t5,thanks steve...

MBC's will not work on a 1999 - the computer corrects the boost level as soon as it notices that it is increased. Re-mapping like you did already is about the only way to get more boost out of these models.

hi ya pal thanks for the reply,can it be remapped to 304 bhp with out the rolling road,as my pal does the ecu remap for £150,thanks steve.

It probably can - but the idea to of the rolling road is to tune it so that the power is across the entire rev range, rather than just at one end - high or low.

If you still plan on using the automatic, I would not go much over 300 hp, as it just can't handle much more power than that.

yeah, i think its near to 300hp,and it the manual box.. now the intercooler has give it a big boost!!,and i have give the actuator 2 full turns now running at 15 psi like you say i think 300 hp is enough..lol..
