Hello..

I had identical issue transpire a couple of years back to a fresh out of the plastic new arrangement of cover...,
I evacuated the cover and flushed with the garden hose and let it sun dry.

It is not good to clean it with water. I do not recommend to do this. I would also not recommend to buy professional carpet cleaning services. Buying your own carpet cleaner would be the best solution. However, if you already have carpet cleaner then vinegar and baking soda solution would eliminate these stains out of the carpet.
