Driver's side camber off

I have a similar problem but you can't measure the angle like that. First the ground must be 0 degrees and you must take the measurement from the alloy wheel not the tire side wall as the bottom bulge is always larger.

Check your wheel bearing, and tire rod ends for ANY play at all.
Life would be enjoyable if it wasn't so painful to live.
