v70 timing problem

Both of those engines are listed and show a VVT on the exhaust. If you do have a non VVT then align the cams and the crank at their proper mars and restore the belt. Make sure to hand turn the crank clockwise 2 full rotations to assure the pistons do not his the valves. Do not use the starter as it is strong enough to bend the valves

Hopefully you did not remove the sprokets? If you did not then follow what said here.
