If it starts with spray, it's fuel. Fuel pressure regulator on the front of the fuel rail, Pumps, that evil relay,
OR a stuck idle air control valve (Under the intake manifold, a cylinder with black hoses and press release connector on the rear) Pinch connector (practice this on something accesible) pull off harness connector straight back. Remove two air hose clamps. Pull unit out the front. Spray clean until inside gate (cylindrical rotating valve like a C within a C shape) rolls cleanly. Replace. Cuss.
