Blower motor help needed

To be technical, the ECC doesn't have a resistor but a 'Power Stage' which can fail without showing any burnt areas on the circuit board.

It would be a good idea to check if you have an air filter. This will keep a lot of gunk from falling into the fan, damaging the motor and worse, causing the evaperator to rust and fail.
