This is caused by a loose ring at the end of axle shaft. Clean with wire brush. Glue ring with super glue. Reassemble. Or, replace axle.

I had this happen to me. And I ordered a Tone ring off of parts geek and was back on the road a week later (but only 15 bucks in).

I also had the exact same problem. Diagnosis: Broken ABS ring on front passenger side - the ticking is the ring hitting the ABS sensor due to some binding during turns. Found an ABS ring on eBay for 10$. Remove axle, punch out the broken ring, bake the new ring in oven to expand it and slide it on a clean surface.
