Dirty PCV or something else?

If it is sucking the glove "or bag" in whatsoever then u have vaccuum and your pcv is fine. In my mind anyway.

Put the car on jack stands, do some looking around for the oil leak source. If u cant tell exactly where its coming from, degrease the oily area. Drive it and recheck for fresh oil leaks.

If we had an idea where u are seeing the oil leak, we could recommend the likely suspects in that area.

I hate oil leaks too!
