For me it was immediately after I did my head gasket and everything seems in good shape I even replaced the turbo boost solenoid

Uh-uh I am not the OP.
Every last one of the codes is a ECM communication problem.
1. Pull your ECM again.
2. Clean the connectors. MAF cleaner works real good.
3. Check for bent pins.
4. Reinsert the ECM in the connector. This time make sure it is fully inserted and the locking tabs are all the way back to lock position.
5. Clear codes with a OBD scanner and see if any come back.

Oh ok I have never pulled the ecm to begin with....I was thinking bad grounds? Every code said low voltage ....I'm gonna start w the grounds I think.

None of the codes said low voltage. They all said Signal low. Signal and Voltage are not synonyms.

I looked at the wiring diagram for something in common with all these codes and it's the 12V supply to these solenoid valves. Fuse 11B/5 supplies voltage to the camshaft reset valve(solenoid), turbo control valve, EVAP solenoid and EVAP leak diag unit valve. I would check this voltage level. You could unplug the connector to the EVAP valve, which on my car is attached to the radiator fan shroud drivers side and measure the 12V level on pin one. You'll need the ignition in position II I believe. Check fuse 5 in the engine compartment. I suspect the 12V is missing or too low.
Edit: (Disregard, see Edit II) This 12V supply is not switched by the ignition switch so the switch does not need to be in position to II to check the voltage level. Also, because this is not a switched supply it's constantly there and possibly more likely to be shorted to ground when working on the car. Fuse 5 may be blown.
Edit II: Ignition key does need to be in position II to measure 12V at EVAP connector. Added photos.

Ok I have established I have a short on that circuit...I replaced the turbo the head gasket and all the coolant hoses.it stands to reason I damaged a wire while working on the car.these codes all popped up AFTER the rebuild...if u could post that wiring diagram id be very grateful!

As Precopster mentioned check for a bare wire under the coil cover. I do know from experience if the protective split loom covering is missing you can easily pinch a wire under the cover. Check the VVT solenoid wiring carefully.
