My symptoms were these:
Intermittent AC operation and occasional blinking lights on ECC.
Later I encountered these issues:
- High fan speed
- No lights on ECC when recir and AC off were enabled.
- No fault codes were coming from ECC.
A multimeter checked ECC connector A1 with good voltage, and A30 good voltage from diagnostic block B1.
Purchased a ECC on ebay for $60 and I got AC working now.
Thanks to MVS for helping me fix this issue, and a donation will be submitted today.
