Please check the temperature gauge in the instrument panel. If it doesn't go to the middle, your engine thermostat may be broken and in the open position allowing coolant to circulate all of the time. The heater core will only get luke warm, not hot enought to produce meaningful heat.

I don't understand, it is not that cold in Germany yet.

Hello,
Yes, there are two motors (picture), and I have checked this to, and both works perfectly.

Maybe the motors are loose from the hedge,
i need remove again the heater core to check this.

Hello,
the gauge is always in middle, normal temperature.

You do NOT have to remove the heater core to check the linkage.

I think he meant the two heater baffles. They should be working unless he took them off once and now they would be out of position.

Not?
then as I see it is sealing well? I think this cover is on top of the heater core, or not?

there is another way to check this?

Thank You!

hummm, I never took the baffles site, unless now to look for anomalies, it is possible to pass from the right position? then both at the same time?

I Will see this tomorrow!

I recently installed a new evaporator core--during reassembly, I reversed the plugs to the damper motors. Got no heat to drivers side, but lots of ac. Fault lights blinked 20 times. Plugged correct inputs to damper motors and everything works (except my brain)!

Does your instrument cluster temperature gauge work correctly? Put the climate controls on auto vent and auto blower speed, start the car and drive it. The temperature of the coolant should climb rapidly after 1-2KM and be at the mid point. If it is still pointing to 'cold' after 5KM, your engine thermometer might be broken and in need of replacement.

As to the damper motors for the heat/AC, if the kick plates are removed next to the gas pedal, you should be able to place a finger on the motor and feel slight movement when you turn the temperature down and up. Do not take the damper motors off, that could make things worse.
