Thanks for all your help so far.

Attached the alignment numbers I received from the NTB technician after the alignment was done for the 2nd time within 2 weeks. (the first time they didn't center my steering wheel)
He said that it is not possible to adjust the camber on these cars. Only trucks.

You should have shown him the attachment I provided.

He is so full of it that he will unfortunately never get your alignment to spec without changing the upper pivot point.

I had bad experiences with alignment shops... (not Volvo). The tie rods bolts were seized and they were saying they did the geometry. Not saying yours is dishonest, probably they simply don't want to do it or cannot get a good measure for some reason.

Why does your report point out CASTOR? This is DEFINITELY not adjustable.

Can't read your camber setting. The PDF is not clear
