Thanks aquamann71! You are absolutely correct. I was also able to access some of it via a hatch of sorts in the trunk, near the spare tire/secret compartment: The EVAP hose may be able to be changed without actually getting under the car. The easiest way to get at it is to remove the bolt on the fuel filter and either move it out of the way or remove it all together. Then you will be able to look in and see the back of the charcoal canister. The clamps weren't easy to remove but some patience and a small flat head screwdriver will do the trick. I did a smoke test first with a homemade smoke tester and this revealed all the leaks in the system. Good luck!
