Hello Volvo folks,
This a guide how to remove passenger side headlight wiper motor assembly for 30 to 40 minutes. I know some of you encountered the problem of this trouble maker not working and pointing up or half way, or just enough to drive you nuts. No more
Here we go. All bolts are 10.00mm, wiper arm is 8.00mm

General outlook of what bolts have to be removed. The point is to loose the frame holding the headlight assemblies. Please note there are some U shaped arrows. It means that the access is from underneath. You will see. OK, put your small sized hands and tiny fingers.
First - Remove your turn lights on both sides.

Driver side, two bolts here. The one on top is exposed, but the bottom one is hidden behind the front bumper. U shaped arrow - access from underneath so you can reach the back of the bumper.

The hidden one. Not for long.
Now. Take your 8mm bit and remove the wiper arm. Then remove the plastic trim. Pull it gently. You will see two 10mm bolts. They are holding the wiper motor assembly. Remove them please.

Passenger side view. Did I say two bolts are there?

Driver side. Exactly the same thing. Two bolts, second one hidden behind the bumper.

Now, three bolts are holding the frame for the front of the car. Remove them. They should be black colored.

This is the plastic housing holding the Fan Relay ( big one on the right). Please follow the arrows and remove two bolts - one on each side.
ATTN: The hood unlock cable is running right there hidden. It is attached with small metal clips for the plastic. Remove them otherwise they will fly away.

Frame tilted. Passenger side headlight is removed. You can do this once you tilt the frame. Access is better. Please note the frame position on the picture. It is enough to remove the motor.
ATTN: Please note the arrows. They are pointing the resisting points. Watch out.

Motor removed.
The bloody cables for the ECU are running right behind the motor. Do not remove or touch them, just go around. You do not need to remove driver side headlight or anything there.
Applies for Volvo 850 and believe it will be very similar for S70 and V70.
This how it is. Good luck.
