I would change the fluid again, and maybe once more in a few weeks, and cross your fingers that it gets better. Reverse requires higher fluid pressures to engage, so it is usually the first to go out when parts start to wear or valve bodies clog internally.
Don't use ATF additives in the AW50-42, just stick to clean ATF.
