In a precautionary move, I will be replacing the thermostat as a 150k mile service item.
Water pump too. Wife wants it done and she is paying for it so. . . Coolant flush and new radiator hoses too.

Don't forget to change the small hose and O-ring next to the Thermostat.
And I would change the rigid coolant hose that connects at the center top of the intake manifold.
These fail at about the 10 year mark.
You can use the Land Rover part or the Volvo part (this link shows the Land Rover parts)
