to check the weep hole, you need to remove the plastic shroud, one bolt on each side. Typically the oil leak is from the turbo area, I have a very small leak but I don't notice it in the dipstick. The volvo dealer said all Volvo turbo's leak a bit of oil, don't worry about it. Your A/C lines look okay, if your a/c works they are not leaking

It's got 188,000 miles. Yeah the AC works fine. I don't know about the PCV, I haven't checked it since I bought it, I guess I should take a look at that this weekend and see if it needs a going over.

Boy, is it well overdue! Need to be serviced now or else the expense will become highly cumulative.
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.
Disclaimer: We (very) seldom do that

Well I just bought it like 6 months ago, I definitely didn't let it go 188,000 miles without checking it

Clean up the lines to the oil cooler at the radiator. See if oil returns - it is not at all uncommon for them to leak at the crimps.

And yes, investigate that PCV system! Though it wouldn't spray oil there.
